To the extent allowed by law, you waive any claims against, and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MeadWestvaco, its employees, and officers, from all claims or liability of every type (including court costs and legal fees) for injury or death to any person or for damage to property arising out of your presence on land owned or leased by MeadWestvaco. This agreement applies to all other persons accompanying you or at your request.
